Roy initially worked as a Chartered Accountant in Sydney for 10 years before relocating to Port Macquarie 28 years ago to take on a role as Chief Financial Officer and Company Director in the manufacturing industry. After recently resigning from this role Roy joined Grigg Advisory in January 2025. He enjoys golf and going to the gym.
